Peer Review Process
A submission to JAGI is first screened by the Editor to decided if it should go through the peer review process or be rejected without further review. If the submission passes the initial screening, it will be assigned to a Section Editor, who will invite 2-3 referees to review it. A round of review typically takes 4-6 weeks. At the end, the Section Editor will make the final acceptance/revision/decline decision.
Major review criteria of JAGI:
- Relevance to the study of AGI,
- Novelty and originality of the idea,
- Validity of the supporting argument,
- Comprehensibility of the writing.
Publication Frequency
Individual articles are published on-line as soon as they are accepted.
